International Mountain Day marked with scholarship announcement

The University observed International Mountain Day under the theme Restoring Mountain Ecosystems. Faculty, researchers and students gathered to discuss the ecological pressures facing mountain landscapes and the role of agricultural science in restoring them.

During the event the University announced scholarships for deserving students from the mountainous regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, reinforcing its commitment to widening access to higher education across the province.
